Welcome!Sara Stoddard is a licensed Massage Therapist specializing in Thai Yoga Massage, an ancient form of bodywork done fully clothed on a mat on the floor. I use my hands, arms, elbows, knees and even feet to perform stretches, compressions and other massage techniques. The benefits include many found in a typical massage and a yoga class rolled into one. Along with the physical benefits, the receiver may achieve a meditative state, releasing mental and emotional tension.
